Instructions on how to activate it

Once you have contracted Protected Internet at Home, follow these instructions to complete the activation correctly.

1. Clear History: Clear history and browsing data to ensure no content is stored on the mobile.
2. Restart the router: Turn it off and on again.
3. Adjust Apple devices: If you have an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings and turn off Private Relay.

It is a content filtering tool that protects the content displayed. When you sign up for and activate the product, a filter is switched on that will prevent access to certain content from any devices connected to your home's Wi-Fi network.

No. Only web content through browsers (Chrome, Safari, etc.) will be filtered.

To check the filter status, go to the "Internet" product, which you can find in the "My products" section both on the mobile app and in the online store. If the icon in the upper right is yellow, the product is on; if the icon is pink, the product is off.

You can activate and deactivate the content filter whenever you want from the mobile app or from the online store. Inside "My products" you will see an icon at the top right of the "Internet" product that indicates whether it is activated or deactivated. Just click to turn the service on or off.

You can sign up for and cancel this product whenever you want through the different channels made available.

The content which cannot be accessed falls into the following categories: pornography, violence, weapons, harassment, self-harm and suicide, abuse, drugs, alcohol, dating sites unsuitable for under 18s, gambling, cryptocurrencies , illicit behaviour, fraud and content classified as disturbing or traumatic.
